End User License Agreement (EULA) for LangBi

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE LANGBI MOBILE APPLICATION ("APPLICATION"). BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT USE THE APPLICATION.

1. LICENSE GRANT

LangBi ("Developer") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible device that you own or control, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Harassing, threatening, or harming other users;
• Sharing or distributing explicit, offensive, or illegal content;
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities;
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent the security measures of the Application.

4. CONTENT AND CONDUCT

4.1 User-Generated Content:

You are solely responsible for any content you generate or share within the Application. The Developer reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of this EULA.

4.2 Monitoring:

The Developer may monitor communications and content within the Application to ensure compliance with this EULA and applicable laws.

5. PRIVACY

The use of the Application is subject to the LangBi Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and protected. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Application, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by the Developer or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Application without prior written consent from the Developer.

7. TERMINATION

The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time without notice if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete any copies in your possession.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Application.

10. MODIFICATIONS

The Developer reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Your continued use of the Application after modifications are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines.

By downloading or using the LangBi Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this EULA.
